1. Make sure we can deliver to you -- areas in Pennsylvania and New Jersey that we currently deliver to are found under our FAQs here:

   If you are not sure if you fall within our delivery area, or are just beyond that area, please send us an email at: info@pyrotogo.com

2. Take your time looking through our inventory, reviewing the different categories of items.  You can click on products for descriptions and video links, to see just how some things look and last.

3. Download one of the types of order forms (linked at the top of any page), and fill out the information on your budget for each category of items desired -- or have us put together an assorted bundle for you.

4. See if you order may apply for one of our BONUS TIERS:
   BIG Bonus:  Spend $1000-$1999.99, Get 10% BONUS LOOT*
   BEST Bonus: Spend $2000 or more, Get 20% BONUS LOOT*
   *Bonus Loot are fireworks selected by us, with a regular retail value meeting or exceeding your bonus tier percentage level.  We do our best to choose bonus loot similar to items in your order.

5. Email your completed order form as an attachment to us at: info@pyrotogo.com.  We will review everything, and contact you very soon with next steps.
   We will always go over your entire order by voice to best ensure you are getting the fireworks you want.

6. Once your order is ready, we will send you an itemized list with the prices of all the items we selected, and will set up a time to deliver it directly to your door!  We don't have any shopping or processing fees, but do charge a moderate 50-cents per mile for delivery -- that is lower than the current national reimbursement rate!  Mileage is based on round-trip travel from Long Pond, PA (zip code 18334) to your delivery address.

Quick Points:

1. Once we receive and review your order form, we will contact you as soon as we can with any questions we have, or to take your deposit and discuss a delivery date.
   Please email your order form at least 4-5 days before you want your items, to best ensure that we can deliver them to you by that time.

2. We deliver based from our company in Pennsylvania, so Pennsylvania state sales taxes apply -- unfortunately there is an additional excise tax on aerial fireworks products, but we offset those fees once you hit our bonus tiers, offering extra bonus loot!

3. For New Jersey deliveries, only products marked "Safe'n'Sane" are legal for anyone to use in NJ -- however, if you have proper permitting or authority, we can deliver all consumer fireworks to you. You must comply with all laws, and should confirm use with your local Fire Marshall; this adherence and any liability is your full responsibility.

We offer only consumer fireworks that have been certified by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for consumer use. Because federal law applies to interstate commerce, we can legally deliver any consumer fireworks within the United States. Unfortunately, State and local ordinances may ban certain fireworks if you do not posses a permit to own and store those fireworks. As a result, the responsibility for complying with State and local laws falls upon you (the buyer).

 

If you order items that are not permitted in your State or local area, it is possible (but unlikely) for your fireworks to be confiscated by State or local authorities. If this happens, you assume complete responsibility for the confiscation of the products you order. We will not refund money for confiscated items that were ordered contrary to State or local ordinances. We recommend you apply to your State Fire Marshal or other authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) to obtain the necessary permits to posses fireworks legally in your area.

 

New Jersey Legal Fireworks: Currently, all fireworks marked as "Safe 'n' Sane" or "safe and sane" are fully legal in the State of New Jersey for sale to and use by anyone 16 years of age or older.  Remember to always read any cautions and instructions on product labels, and adhere to any local restrictions and noise ordinances.
